~Shipping & Handling Rates~
Within the United States:
We currently ship all packages via USPS , 1st Class, or Parcel Post with delivery confirmation
International Buyers:
Please email us for shipping charges quote (include which product /products you are purchasing).
Optional shipping insurance is available by customer request for an additional cost.
Please allow 2-5 days for order processing + 3-5 business days for shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation by email. Some personalized items or special order items will take up to 7-10 days.
Custom made items (including bags , baby accessories & hair accessories) are currently being completed and shipped within about a 1-2 week processing time. You will receive notification once your order has completed production. If you have any question on shipping times please let us know.
~Returns~
We accept returns on all merchandise except custom orders or any personalized items, or stated in the product description. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and we do not refund any shipping charges you incurred. Product must be in new condition ( not used or laundered ) and include original ribbons and hang tags.
~Product Care~
Burpies, Bibs, Burps Cloths, Crayons Rolls, Headbands, apron are all machine washable. Wash with like colors & low temp dry.
Bags are washable. We recommend that you hand wash your bag in cold water and hung to dry. Use only non chlorine bleach when necessary. Dry flat and use a cool iron. Drycleaning is always an option.
~Production~
